Sweets For a Solution will now be participating in helping the Global Fund in order to support aid - affected children and adults in Africa. This will be, yet, another cause for us to help! Be on the look out for a new event, and please - donations are always welcomed!
A successful week of selling cookies during Urinetown’s intermissions! As customers praised our cookies, we enjoyed watching and talking about the musical. It was a wonderful performance by freshmen through seniors, which consisted of a talented cast of singers and dancers, AND actors. The show is being performed tomorrow afternoon and at night. We all hope you attend the show, and we highly doubt you’d regret coming!
Next week in Fremont High School, there will be is a musical performance called “Urinetown.” For information on the play, read on ahead. We will be baking cookies all week long to sell in the concession stands out in the front. Be on the lookout for a variety of cookies!

Easter is arriving, and in honor of its celebration, cupcakes were baked! French Vanilla cupcakes and Strawberry cupcakes were made in batches of 30 +. We are currently selling them at $0.75 each and they are absolutely delicious and smell very sweet.
It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day and green cookies were sold today in honor of the holiday. 33 cookies were baked and sold $1 (for 3) and the amount of money made was $12. $1 was donated. Today was a successful, but small sale. Thank you to all who had purchased some goods!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Don’t forget to wear green on Monday.
It has been a month since Sweets for a Solution launched. Last week, a batch of 14 cookies made which sold for (2 for $1) and made that a total of $7. Throughout the 4 weeks, other miscellaneous things were baked such as cupcakes.
As of now, Sweets for a Solution has raised about $50 from 3 batches of small sales and donations.
Our upcoming sales are due for St.Patrick’s Day and Easter. Be sure to keep an eye out for more goods coming your way!
I’d like to introduce this fund raiser which I’m sure it’s quite obvious, called Sweets for a Solution. With experience in the division of knowing so many families without incomes and seeing them struggle and have no spares for extra things…I find myself wanting to help out. Here we are with a new fund raiser and an old cause. Sweets for a Solution is based on baking goods and selling them without keeping profits. As we are, a non-profit fund raising organization.
This week is S.F.A.S’s first week alive and so far, I’ve made 45 mini cookie filled bags and sold 34 today with a remaining of 11 bags left to sell tomorrow at Intuity Medical (Medical Company).
The cute Valentine treats were sold for 1 dollar each and looks like this:
